A little bit about the role…

The Customer Service Representative will work alongside the Sales Team to assist with day-to-day sales activities across a large, established, client base to meet set KPI’s.

You will be responsible for the following key functions:

Quotation preparation within ERP
Assist sales team to manage lead generation and administration using a database and online industry tools
Prepare quotations and associated documentation for sales team
Prepare job orders
Answer incoming enquiries
Assist with all general pre and post sales administration
Maintain strong relationships within our client base
Assist the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPI’s
